bitbucket cloud with 2fa from bamboo cloud

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Bitbucket Cloud

The documentation states: If you set up the two-factor authentication (2FA) in Bitbucket Cloud, Bamboo can't load the list of the repositories th"at you can use."

We have 2FA setup on Bitbucket cloud.  We are unable to find documentation explaining how to integrate with Bamboo Cloud.  I see instructions for using SSH, but apparently Bamboo cloud doesn't allow this.

How do we integrate your two products with 2FA enabled?

Hi Stuart,

Under the Linked Repositories screen, you can change the Repository host from Bitbucket to Git, and you will be able to use 2FA with Bamboo Cloud.  Please note, that if you choose this option however, webhooks won't be able to trigger builds.  We are working on a solution that will alleviate this in the future:

I would reccomend you check out the BETA for Pipelines as well, as Pipelines would be the long term solution:
