How do I get an itemised bill?

My last bill was $39.60 but I can't see where that comes from.

 

The plan and billing section does not work when you click on it.

I have bitbucket and 2 accounts.

Hi Toby and welcome to the community!

You can create a ticket with the billing and licensing team for any questions related to your invoices:

Please make sure you upload the invoice as an attachment, so that the team knows which one you are referring to and helps you faster. The support ticket will be visible only to you and Atlassian staff, so the attachment and anything you post in the ticket won't be publicly visible.

With regards to the Plans and Billing section, if you are talking about this option when viewing the Workspace settings, the text Plans and Billing is a heading for the options Plan details and Git LFS:

The text Plans and billing is not a link to another page, but the Plan details item should work. Do you experience issues when selecting that?

Please keep in mind that the Plan details page will show details on users and usage in the current billing period, so it won't have any details about the previous billing periods. I suggest reaching out to the billing and licensing team via the link I shared above for any invoice-related questions.
