are there common rest api to get commit details for cloud and non cloud account?

Seems there are two differetn api's and differetn response format for onprem and cloud versions

Onprem API
https://bitbucket.test.net/rest/api/1.0/projects/{projectname}/repos/{reponame}/commits/{commitid}

saas(cloud) API
https://api.bitbucket.org/2.0/repositories/{workspaceID}/{reponame}/commit/{commitid}

any alternate solutions for it?

Welcome to the community.

I'm afraid Bitbucket Cloud's API schema is different from Bitbucket Server.

For the Bitbucket Cloud commit's API endpoint, you can check out this documentation for the complete details of the API response.

Right now, you will have to parse Bitbucket Cloud APIs differently from Bitbucket Server.
