Hi There,

We are having an issue with pushing our changes at the bit bucket. We are getting following error:

********************************************************************************
[ALERT] Your push failed because the account '<WorkspaceId>' has exceeded its
[ALERT] user limit and this repository is restricted to read-only access.
[ALERT] To restore write access, ask an account administrator to upgrade their plan.

fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

We were on the free plan but we have upgraded to paid plan 2 days back i.e. March 4th.

But we are still not able to push our changes at the Bitbucket.

Can some please help us on this.

Thanks

Hi @Akhilesh Chourey and welcome to the community!

I can see in our system that the billing plan of this workspace was downgraded to the Free plan because there was an issue with the credit card payment.

I see that the billing plan of the workspace has been upgraded again. I would suggest asking the owner of the credit card that is used on Bitbucket Cloud to reach out to their credit card provider and ask for more info on why the payment failed, in order to prevent this issue from occurring again.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

Kind regards,
Theodora
