I saw the new key alert for June, the one that said new keys will be forced into the system in June.  I use SourceTree for simple development.  Will I have to change my keys or do anything else?  If so, can we get a link to the steps involved?

Hi Ben,

If your repositories in SourceTree are using SSH, then the change affects SourceTree as well.

You can check the following FAQs page (look for the questions about SourceTree, there is a question for SourceTree for Mac and another one for SourceTree for Windows):

Please keep in mind that the instructions for SourceTree for Windows are applicable only if you have configured SourceTree to use PuTTY as an SSH client. If you have configured SourceTree to use OpenSSH instead, then you can follow the instructions on the blog in the section WHAT YOU NEED TO DO.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Kind regards,
Theodora
