Will switching all our pipeline sizes to use the new 8x size affect our billing/costs?

It will, yes. (Otherwise everyone would use "8x".)

For one "actual" minute using the "8x" size, you will pay for 8 minutes. It is that simple.

OK, great, thanks! But it would be good if this was called out in the docs because the table simply says price is based on time.
