I am not sure what is going wrong exactly or how to fix the problem.

Hi Stephen,

Thanks for this information! In a previous support ticket you explained that prefixing the username with the domain is a good way to get around this issue. When a domain isn't provided, the service assumes the local user. Hoping this information will help others when trying to connect via a proxy. Thanks!
