Why is Bitbucket.org Blog is Slow to Load

It looks like the blog is attempting to load something from ace.atlassian.com and that times out after 2 minutes, and prevents the blog from being usable until then.  It is the 3rd item in the inspector, the one that produced an error after 2.2 minutes.

Hi Timothy! I tried reproducing the issue you described but the blog seems to be loading for me, I'm using Google Chrome. 

Looks like it could be something in your browser preventing the page to be completely loaded, which browser are you using? Have you tried a different one? Have you tried the incognito mode?

I did try incognito and disabling adblocker, and none of these seem to make a difference. I'm still seeing an average of 2 min on that failed call which seems to be preventing the page from loading.

I also had the same result using Firefox instead of Chrome
