Why does my OnDemand account not show up in Bitbucket?

I have connected OnDemand to Bitbucket using the instructions available here. However, our Bitbucket account still shows the 'signup for ondemand' promo. How do I get links to my ondemand account to show up in Bitbucket?

The application navigator has been removed earlier this year, to pave the way for development of a more integrated experience with OnDemand JIRA and other Atlassian applications, we currently have this feature request open:
