My team lead tries to give me access to our repositories in bitbucket and I am not receiving emails. Furthermore, I tried recovering the password and I am not getting that email too. How can we solve this problem?

I see you've also raised an issue on the support portal and that it was addressed by another Support Engineer. When our email system attempts to deliver an email and the receiving mail server responds with a bounce, our mail system keeps track of that address and doesn't send additional emails. This can cause the password reset links to not go out.
Our support engineer already removed your email address from the suppression list. It's possible to wind up on the suppression list again if there's an issue with your mail provider's server (for example, your email account was over its size limit), so it's best to confirm that your mailbox can receive additional email before trying to send the password reset link again.
