Our organization uses Microsoft SSO with MFA to log into our cloud Atlassian products, so there should be no need for Atlassian's additional Two Factor authentication. In the past, I've been able to authenticate with both my browser and my phone no problem. But about a week ago, my phone logins started asking me for an OTP from my authenticator (???) and I'm unable to get in with my phone. From my browser, I can see that Two Factor is disabled for my account, so I'm not sure why I'm seeing this. Any thoughts why the Two Factor screen would show up spontaneously for just my phone login?
