Which permissions do I need to create labels for Bitbucket repos

I see the field where I can add a label to a repo in Bitbucket, but I am not able to create a new label. I am an Admin for the project. Do I need additional permissions or is there somewhere special I should be going to create a label?

I'm not asking about tagging, this is adding a label to the whole repo.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your question! Can you clarify what you mean by 'label'? Initially, I thought you were referring to tags, in which case you'd need write access to the repository (you can have a look at the Release notes for more info). But then, you specified you were not referring to tags, could you please send us a screenshot for more context?

Thank you very much for the response. Please find the attached print screen, hopefully that does a better job explaining my problem. It is a label on the repo itself so that I can group similar repos. I cannot figure out how to add new labels.
