Where is the reject force push in Bitbucket cloud?

On Bitbucket server you can reject force pushes from branch restrictions. You can also ensure no one deletes a branch. 

I can't find these configurations on BitBucket.org. Where are they?

If you create a branch permission and leave Allow rewriting branch history unchecked, this will prevent force pushes to that branch.

Has this changed? I can't find that checkbox anywhere.

Edit: it appeared when I acced some users to "Write access". No worries!
