Where is the LDAP id and password stored in AD authentication

Hi Support,

We use LDAP with AD directory for our logon ID authentication in BitBucket

We want to know where the password stored for the ID used to connect LDAP in authentication. Any encryption / encoding is used on this password ?

Thanks in advance,

Raymond

Hi @Ray_Lee, thanks for reaching out!

Seems like you're looking for information about how to find the LDAP ID and password in Azure Directory. For this particular question, I'd like to direct you to Azure's documentation or support team, as this is out of Bitbucket scope.

In an effort to help you, I found some articles from Microsoft that might be useful:

If you have any more questions once you start the configuration on the Bitbucket side, please don't hesitate to contact us again!

Best regards,

Ana
