Where is 'Manage account'?

Day zero: I want to add a GPG key to bitbucket. The instructions say 'click on profile picture and select Manage account', but Manage account is not there.

From any page in Bitbucket, the only options are 'Switch Account' and 'Recent Workspaces'

What am I doing wrong? Thanks

I believe you are looking at Bitbucket server documentation, as Bitbucket cloud currently doesn't support the GPG key. We do, however, planning to release it somewhere in Q3 2023, as mentioned in our feature request:
