Where change contact e-mail the billing for Bitbucket

Where Am I change the information to contact billing and technical contact ??

You should be able to see the billing contact info here for any products you own

You can then add an additional technical contact and billing contact (via email address), and then you should be able to make it primary and/or remove the existing contact.

From this Screen, you can also go into Billing Details and update information there.
