Where can I find Ouath in bickbucket settings?

I looking for a way to create consumer in Oauth section, unfortunately I cannot find bicbucket settings with oauth option. I found some information on https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/oauth-faq-338365710.html and try to use them but I have verion 4.14.3 and from my avatar I have only menu with: view profile, manage account, atlassian marketplace I guess I need click settings option on the left from avatar icon but in context menu I cannot find oauth, could you tell me where I can find oauth?

Hi Andrzej, the instructions you're following are meant for Bitbucket Cloud.  For Bitbucket Server you can use Oauth 2. I also found this post in the Developer Community that might help you How to create Oauth 2.0 consumer in Bitbucket Server.
