For the last several days I've been unable to access the Wiki which is part of my (private) repository.  Simply clicking on the link generates the "Something went wrong" error page:

Something went wrong

While we check things on our end, try refreshing the page. If reloading the page doesn’t help, check our status page for known incidents or planned maintenance.

If you are still experiencing issues, our support team can be reached via StatusPage. Use the code below when reporting your issue, this will help the team look up details of what went wrong:

Steps taken:

  • Refreshed the page
  • Tried different browsers
  • Tried accessing the page over several days

All to no avail.  Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi Theodora,

Thanks for getting back to me.  I'm using Firefox on a Mac.  Unfortunately, using a private window with extensions disabled did not resolve the problem.

Hi John,

Thank you for checking this. Since this is also reproducible with a Private Firefox window with extensions disabled, I have created a ticket with the support team to investigate this further. You should have received an email with a link to the ticket, and you should also be able to see the ticket here (after logging in):

Could you please leave a comment in the ticket and mention the URL of the affected wiki? I can see a wiki URL in our system with the error code you provided, but it's good to get confirmation from you as well. The support ticket is not public, so anything you share there can be seen only by you and Atlassian.

One of my colleagues will look into it and investigate further.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

Kind regards,
Theodora

Hi John and welcome to the community!

Could you please try one additional thing? Could you please check if you can open the wiki in an Incognito / Private window of a supported browser with all extensions disabled?

Supported browsers are listed on this page, please ensure you have the latest version of the browser you test this with:

I checked the error code in our system but it doesn't give me clear info on why this error occurs.

If the issue is reproducible in an Incognito / Private window of a supported browser, I can create a support ticket on your behalf so that we investigate this.

Kind regards,
Theodora
