We are attempting plan to upgrade to bring current, we are currently on 7.17.1 LTS. When going to the Plan your upgrade within system settings, on the right side, instead of showing the most current version the option is grayed out and it displays 7.17.1 LTS saying we are on the recommended version.
How to resolve so we can continue the Plan your upgrade checks.
Thanks in advance,
-AT
Hi Adam,
The only thing that springs to mind is if your License has expired and so doesn't support upgrades anymore?
You can check the expiry from Settings>Licensing.
That answer is hopeful. It does note the license to expire within 30 days.
I will check it out and let you know.
Thank you for the post!

Worth checking, sorry that wasn't it. I tried replicating it on the same version but it shows as normal.
Might be one to raise to Atlassian directly.
