When Non Admin user is integrating BitBucket to our app it is redirecting to App Descriptor base url

Hi We have one bitbucket app. To integrate bitbucket account with our app we need an admin user. by any chance if non admin user tries to integrate the account we are seeing redirection from bitbucket to our BASE URL from the "App Descriptor". 

Is there any way we can show some error page instead of redirecting to base url ?
