The problem is not specific to mobile devices.
I get the same error page on desktop browsers: Chrome, Safari, and Arc.

I believe this happens because you've deleted your personal workspace, which caused the redirection to try to redirect you to a no longer existing workspace.
Now can you try to log in again but instead open the following URL directly after it failed and let me know if that helps:
https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces
