What steps are needed in order to receive a code transfer from another BitBucket?

Both are bit bucket accounts (independent) and I will be receiving the code, I have a new Bitbucket account, I am Admin user, additionally I need to set up the same person to have admin user on my account as well, I would like to know about both variations, that is, code ownership transfer and/or just clone transfer and their procedures. Thank you!

I am not sure what you meant by "clone transfer". You can, of course:

1. git clone the source repository
2. add the target repository as a new remote
3. push to this new remote
