Webhook URL Issue

I have a BitBucket Repository in the cloud, I have Sourcetree that pushes my code from my local machine to the BitBucket Repository. In the BitBucket Repository I want to setup a webhook that should push my changes to the production site on the server. In the webhook how should I create the URL? . My  production site path on the server is

C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\MyProductionSite

What's the destination server's URL? (The filesystem path is only relevant on that server.)

https://myproductionsite.uni.com is the live site URL. I tried to give this URL but it returns  302. So I am not sure if i am doing it right
