We have a problem with payment. It didn't collect funds in the account and I cannot connect another cart for payment. Can You check why?

I can see in our system that three payment attempts failed. The error displayed in our system is the following:
Your card was declined for making repeated attempts too frequently or exceeding its amount limit.
I suggest reaching out to your credit card provider and ask for the exact reason why these payments failed and how to mitigate this.
Please keep in mind that a workspace's billing plan will be downgraded to the free one after three failed attempts and you'll need to enter a new credit card to be able to upgrade again. Are you experiencing any issues when you try to add another card? If so, can you please share the exact steps you follow and what error do you get?
You can contact our billing and licensing team and ask if they can provide you with a quote to pay manually until the credit card issue is resolved. You can create a ticket with the billing and licensing team via this link:
