I haven't been using BibBucket for several months, and now I can't log in. I've tried to reset my Atlassian password twice. I'm able to log in to my Atlassian account, but I can't open BitBucket. I keep getting the following error:
"We couldn’t log you in. Try logging in again.".
Could you please elaborate on this? Thanks!

Your Bitbucket Cloud account was in a dormant state which is the reason for the error you were seeing.
I went ahead and reactivated it. Could you please log in when you have time and let me know if the issue is resolved?
