I want to retrieve a list of watched PR, basically the information shown here - https://bitbucket.org/dashboard/pullrequests?section=watching - without iterating over all the repositories and fetching the PR for each of them.
There is this possibility?

Unfortunately I don't think there is such a possibility.
You would probably need to do some sort of iteration :-(. This endpoint provides pullrequests, but only those, which are authored by the specified user. The other endpoints for pullrequests require workspace & repository identifiers.
