User not receiving email notifications

Whenever we commit repo then user not able receiving email.

so user don't know about commit update info email.

please let me know any setting are pending or miss

@Alpesh kasodariy, Make sure your mail server in bitbucket is configured and working.  After that is confirmed, take a look at this document from Atlassian on how notifications works.

There is a section in there on configuring repository wide notifications.

@Alpesh kasodariya, check the Mail Settings under the Mail Server Page in Administration.  You'll need to make sure there is a relay configured for sending mail.  There is also a section there where you can send a test email.

If that doesn't work, turn on debug logging under Logging & profiling and repeat Sending a Test Message.  This should generate some information in the logs that can give you more insight to the root cause.
