User is able to login in bitbucket but not available in project permissions

could you please advise - how that could happen? BB is integrated with LDAP directory.

What permissions have you granted to them?

Hi Nic

it was found that users were invalidated somehow, probably by periodic LDAP synchronization. The root case is not known. Was sorted by changing directory type to 'Internal with LDAP Authentication'
