Bitbucket cloud allows be to manually run a deployment, but the dialog that is presented only allows me to choose the branch to deploy.
It seems an obvious omission not to present an option to deploy based on a specific tag. Is there a way to do this?
I assume that you are referring to the "Run pipeline" option that is available on the Pipelines page of a repo?
This option indeed only allows you to run a pipeline manually on a branch only.
