User does not receive any Atlassian Notification (Jira / Confluence / Bitbucket)

Hello,

One of my users does not receive any email notifications.
I verified multiple configurations:

  • The user's personal settings are correctly configured to receive notifications
    image.pngimage (1).pngimage (2).png
  • I used the Jira Notification Helper and it indicates that the user should receive an email
  • We verified that no email restrictions are in place on the user's mailbox
  • We verified if the mail server receives any incoming email whenever a notification event is triggered for that user and it does not.

Did someone experience that kind of behavior?
If yes, how did you get it fixed?

Regards,
Julien

Hi Julien,

I see that you created a support ticket and the issue has been resolved there.

If you ever need assistance with a similar issue, you can either create a support ticket, or ask the affected user to raise a community question themselves (this way Atlassian staff can see the email of the affected user and help them).

Kind regards,
Theodora
