Hello, I tried invite user in free plan but user didn't get any invitation email. So can you have a look on this and help us to add user.

I suggest asking the user to check their Spam folder and also if there are any filters on their email account that would make Atlassian/Bitbucket emails skip their Inbox. If they are still experiencing issues and this user can receive emails from others:
We need to know the user's email address in order to check our logs. I would not recommend posting it here, as this is a public forum.
Does the user have an Atlassian account with that email address, and can they log in to https://community.atlassian.com/ with it? If so, can you ask them to leave a reply to my answer below? If they post a reply, I'll be able to see the email address of their account and check our logs.
