Vivaldi is not one of the browsers we test Bitbucket Cloud against and support. We recommend using one of the supported browsers for Bitbucket Cloud, mentioned here:

As you have already found out, we have a feature request in our issue tracker to add Vivaldi as a supported browser:

You can add your vote to that feature request (by selecting the Vote for this issue link) and add yourself as a watcher (by selecting the Start watching this issue link) if you'd like to get notified via email on updates.
