Unable to receive repo transfer email

Im trying to transfer a repo from my personal account into a company workspace.

I'm admin on both accounts (different email addresses)

 

I can see the transfer pending notification when i view the repo on bitbucket but not receiving the email. I only have one user on the receiving bitbucket workspace and one email attached to the user. (myself)

I've canceled the request and tried re doing the transfer but had no luck

Hi Hesh,

I can confirm that your email address was on our suppression list since 12/12/2022 with the following SMTP bounce error below received from your mail server:

550: 550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try 550-5.1.1 double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or 550-5.1.1 unnecessary spaces. Learn more at 550 5.1.1 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=NoSuch... - gsmtp

I have since removed the user from the suppression list and you should be able to send the transfer without any issues. You will need to cancel this and re-send it.
