Unable to push into the remote repository.

KrishnaPuppala March 15, 2018

It says that the connection got refused and it could not read from remote repository.

I have the Public and Private SSH keys generated in place.

Not sure why, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

"Connection refused" usually implies a network issue. Can you add any more detail?

Thanks for your reply, James.

The issue got resolved when I toggled back the source path to 'https' from 'ssh'. I still have no idea why!

It gives "Network error: Connection timed out" if I clone the SSH repository over the HTTPS.

Your local network or ISP may be blocking connections to port 22 (SSH), but leaving port 443 (HTTPS) open. Glad to hear that you're still able to work over HTTPS, though.

Oh, might be! Thank you for your insight.
