Unable to push changes to sub-module from bitbucket pipelines..

Richard Lyle April 5, 2020

I'm trying to push changes to a sub-module from a build pipeline, but I'm getting an unauthorized error on the "git push" call, even though I do have SSH key's setup... I'm thinking it might be because the SSH key it's using is for the parent module but not the sub-module.

git push

+ git pushUnauthorizedfatal: Could not read from remote repository. Please make sure you have the correct access rightsand the repository exists.

Make sure you are adding the SSH key to your Account's SSH keys, and not the submodule's Repo SSH Keys.  Repo keys are read-only, while your Account's SSH keys allow read/write.
