Unable to push any specific files that is set by git lfs track command

First, I did this instruction on how to install and use git-lfs to get additional space for bigger projects especially videogame projects. I received an error that says:

LFS: Git credentials for https://david_dimalanta@bitbucket.org/david_dimalanta/test-repo.git not found.
error: failed to push some refs to 'https://david_dimalanta@bitbucket.org/david_dimalanta/test-repo.git'

Now, i have to check this another instruction that tells you how to enable git-lfs so that I will be able to resume my experimental repo. Sadly, I can't find that "Allow LFS" checkbox. I already created my Bitbucket and I assumed I'm the admin by default. What's wrong? Is this an error to this new add-on? Why I'm still stuck on this part?

Enable GIT LFS is set at the Repo level in the Settings section.  You need to be an admin to see this.
