Hello,
Today when I was trying to approve the pull request that I received from Peers then it's not allowing me to Merge the given request even after having all the required access to approvals (I have an Admin Role). It's showing the Merge button in disabled mode. when I try to hover over it then it says that it "must pass merge check before merging".
The strange thing is that we have not set a Merge check for any repos but still face the same issue for all.
FYI: It was working fine for me till yesterday.
Hello all,
It seems you were affected by an incident where some customers were experiencing issues merging pull requests via the website.
Our development team has already implemented a fix and the incident has been resolved.

We apologize for any inconvenience this caused to you and your team.

I've been having the same problem. Admin user and no merge checks set up.
A workaround that's worked for me is to add the branch restriction Check that no changes are requested.
Then I got the message all merge checks passed and I was able to merge my pull request.

the only way Bitbucket cloud merge checks are enforced is when you are on a premium subscription. Perhaps you have upgraded to premium?
Also have a look in the top right corner of the PR page under the 'checks passed' panel, it should show you which merge check is failing.
Cheers, Ulrich

Hi @Ulrich Kuhnhardt _IzymesCo_
I have cross-checked again but as you can see in the below SS, we don't set up any Merge check for the given repo but still throws the same issue.
The weird thing is that It's started happening with me and some other colleagues from today who earlier had Admin access to this repo. Today, When I gave admin access to one more person who earlier had Read access to the main repo then he was able to see that option Enabled for him and can merge too.
