Hi
As a part of resolution to fix Bitbucket plugin is to clear the cache and the instructions in documentation says
1 Stop bitbucket service
2 Backup or remove following dirs
bitbucket_home/plugins/.bundle-plugins/
bitbucket_home/plugins/.osgi-cache
3 Restart Bitbucket
I managed to find the .osgi-cache (hidden) dir but not able to locate bundle-plugins.
Is it good enough to remove osgi-cache and restart Bitbucket? or any advise where I should look for bundle-plugins?
Please note this is Bitbucket server not cloud
Thank you
Moses
Hi @Mousa Ebrahimi ,
in the latest versions, it is enough to delete .osgi-cache (https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserverkb/bitbucket-server-does-not-start-unable-to-clean-the-cache-directory-779171207.html)
Try and let us know,
Fabio
Thank you for your reply, I renamed the .osgi-cache to -old and then restart the Bitbucket application.
It recreated the .osg-cache again and start successfully, however the SonarQube plugin status on repos still shows "Unknown".
Not sure if there is anything else I could try?
Thank you
Moses
