Unable to get invites on email

Hi,

We are using bitbucket and jira, since we moved emails from inmotion to gmail we are not getting invites on email,
Domain name: norgic.com
All emails on this domain are not able to get any invite.

Hello and welcome to the community!

I had a look in our system and I could see several hard bounce events for emails from the domain norgic.com. There is a possibility that invitations were sent before the email accounts were operational. The hard bounce informs us that an email does not exist and in this case it is placed in a suppression list, as we no longer try to resend to non-existing emails.

I went ahead and removed all hard bounce events for the domain norgic.com, could you please try sending the invitations one more time now?

New invitations need to be sent, as the previous ones were dropped.

Please feel free to let me know if things are ok now or if you're still facing any issues.
