I have a personal repository that I've been working and I'm trying to upload a file to the downloads tab using the API. However, whenever I run the below command, I get a "resource not found" JSON response. My account has read,write, and admin privileges and I'm using an app password for authentication. Am I calling the API the incorrect way?
