Unable to access Bitbucket

I tried to login to my old Bitbucket account and i receive this error :

 

We couldn’t log you in

You may run into this issue when you use specific browsers or add-ons that hide the referer header for id.atlassian.com and other Atlassian sites. Check for these and then try logging in again.

 

I tried to change browser, pc and clear all cache but still give me this error. How can I fix it?

Hi Andrea,

Your Bitbucket Cloud account was set to inactive, which is the reason for the error you were seeing.

I went ahead and reactivated it, could you please let me know if you are able to log in now?
