Trying to activate my account but using a different email address - no email coming

Hi I have been trying to use a different email account but I am not getting the activation emails.   Initially my email account wasn't setup correctly but now that has been fixed.   Can someone reset this so I can get the activation email please.

Hi, @Ian Butt, welcome to the community! 

I checked our logs and confirmed that your email had a block on the server that prevented emails from being sent to you. So I removed your address from this suppression list. 

Could you please confirm if you receive the email now?
