Hello, I'm a student working in a team project of more than 5 users. We wish to use bitbucket as our git-based repository. We're all students and using our university emails and we were under the impression that our accounts would automatically convert to an unlimited academic plan as per what is said here: https://www.atlassian.com/software/bitbucket/pricing#free-community-or-academic-subscriptions. Yet when a 6th member of our team project is invited, the following message appears: The owner of this repository is already at their plan limit and will need to upgrade before adding more users. How do we fix this problem?
Hello @Pierre-Olivier Fortin ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I think you're going to have to follow up and apply for the classroom licensing. The application link follows: https://www.atlassian.com/solutions/survey/academic-license-request#/
