Trello will not work inside bitbucket

Ive signed up to both trello and bitbucket.

In any of my bitbucket repos, if I go to boards and click on "create a new board", the trello window pops up to allow access, but if I click allow, it just downloads a "callback.dms" file and does nothing else.

Same thing in both chrome and safari on a MacBook

On a windows machine, when I click "Create new board" nothing happens at all.

One of my colleagues has no issues on a Windows machine.

I suspect its something Mac related, any help would be appreciated.

Ive disabled my pop up blocker, antivirus etc

Hi Elliot, apologies for the delay! Do you still need assistance with this issue?

I've tried reproducing it, and the first time I clicked on Create a new board, a window popped up, I logged into Trello and then I was redirected to the page where I can create a board. I tried again and clicked on Create a new board from Bitbucket, and this time there was a pop up asking me to grant some permissions and it proceeded to create a new board.

If you're still having trouble, try an incognito window and follow the steps again. Make sure you allow emerging windows.

Hope that helps!

Ana
