Hi - I have moved the plan from Free to Standard with 6 users. But the following day it moves me back to free plan. Also I cannot see an option to get a payment link for the 6 users. The payment option set for bitbucket requires an OTP to be input, so we need the manual payment option with link.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

We need a ticket for this, we cannot resolve any billing issues in community.
