Submit Reports via API

Hello,

I am attempting to submit a report from our CI system, and link it in the "Reports" section of the new PR UI. I have an open branch with a pull request, and when I PUT to the API, I receive an HTTP 404:

However, I have reviewed the API and the "Code insights" examples, and I believe I am using the correct URL.
