Hi.

My email address (which uses Google Workspace) was accidentally disabled on Feb 24th by the company. They re-enabled it on the same day, but ever since I do not receive notification emails for mentions on tickets.

Please, could you check whether my email address is on the suppression list and clear it?

Based on my observations, your email address was added to our email suppression list, preventing you from receiving notification emails.

This may have been caused by your email being disabled previously, but regardless, I have taken the necessary steps to remove your email address from the suppression list. Could you please confirm with me whether you are now receiving new email notifications?
