In order to rule out any possible local browser issues, I would kindly ask you to check the following : 

• Check if you are using one of the Bitbucket Supported browsers.
• Try clearing the browser cookies/cache.
• Try accessing the page using your browser's incognito mode. This will make the browser disable any extensions and not use the cache.
