When i try to add my SSH key to my account I get an error
"Someone has already added that SSH key"
How can I know what account is using this key?
Hi, @Nizar Al-Bahri, welcome to Atlassian Community!
As we will need to know the public ssh key to further investigate this case, I have created an internal ticket for you using the email of your community account, so you don't have to share this information here.
You should have received an email with a link to the support ticket. Just in case you haven't received it, please feel free to let me know and I can post the ticket URL here. The ticket will be visible only to you and Atlassian staff, no one else can view its contents even if they have the URL.
Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
Kind regards,
Caroline
Thank you @Caroline R , I have received an email with a ticket number from bitbucket support system. I'll follow up on the ticket then.

Hi @Nizar Al-Bahri ,
welcome to the Atlassian community!
my suggestion is to raise a support ticket to Atlassian team (https://support.atlassian.com/contact/)
As per this thread (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-questions/Someone-has-already-added-that-SSH-key/qaq-p/1998707) Atlassian can perform a check on your cloud instance.
Hope this helps,
Fabio

Hi @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ ,
thank you for your reply.
I have used the first contact link you provided, it showed me at the end 2 options to "View Documentation" or "explore community" hence my question here.
