Hello
I Would like to add my SSH Key but it says: "Someone has already added that SSH key."
I use the same Key for my Business Account: <email removed due to privacy reasons>
But I can not add the Key to my Personal Account. I don't want to create another Key because it's the same Macbook I use.
Thanks
Hi, @patrickmsieber, welcome to the community!
As we will need to know the public ssh key to further investigate this case, I have created an internal ticket for you using the email of your community account, so you don't have to share this information here.
You should have received an email with a link to the support ticket. Just in case you haven't received it, please feel free to let me know and I can post the ticket URL here. The ticket will be visible only to you and Atlassian staff, no one else can view its contents even if they have the URL.
Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
Kind regards,
Caroline
Hello Caroline,
Could you create a ticket for me as well as I'm having the same problem.
I believe my boss removed the old user the key was previously attached to so I cannot remove it and add it again.

Hi, Niklas, welcome to the community!
I would like to ask if you could please create a new question for your issue, providing details on the errors you see.
We generally encourage users to create a new question for their issue instead of posting on someone else's question, because 1) the root cause and resolution may be different for each case 2) a question can become cluttered and difficult to follow if we try to troubleshoot multiple users' issues in it.
Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
Kind regards,
Caroline

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Well the error says exactly what's going on: 2 different users can not have the same SSH key. There is no way around that.
So you will have to create another one for your personal account or use https with username/password authentication instead of ssh.
